Customer Service Representative
Exciting new opportunity for Customer Service Representative as a Student Loan Processor - we will provide you with the training needed for this position!

General Duties:
- Contact Students to update information on their applications
- Work with loan servicing companies to obtain payoff balances
- Develop and maintain relationships with personnel in a variety of loan servicing companies
- Track, monitor incoming payoff balances and interest rates
- Assist in comparing payoff balances with expected balances, notify borrowers of interest rate or balance differences, review paperwork for quality assurance purposes, and reviews of borrowers accounts for accuracy
- Process returned payoffs to the appropriate student accounts
- Review borrowers contracts for completeness and accuracy; and update appropriate tracking systems
- Perform diligent follow-up on missing or delayed payoffs due from loan servicing companies in a timely manner
- Mail applications to borrowers
- Work within strict Federal guidelines
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- One-year experience in a business environment, preferably in banking or accounting.
- Experience with computers essential.
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Energetic, enthusiastic and a self-starter.

Based in Salem NH, we are a leading provider of Federal Student Loans. Due to growth and demand for our services, we are currently looking to recruit for an experienced Internet Marketing expert. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of internet marketing experience along with proven work references. In addition, SLS will consider all candidates that are currently in the Marketing arena only, career changers will not be considered for this position.
Job Summary:
Must understand how the internet works, and how our site is constructed.
Web Advertising. Directing interactive agency marketing and media campaigns to meet business performance objectives. Tracking and measure online advertising programs; designing test strategies and creative to optimize results.
Affiliate Marketing. Executing effective affiliate programs/publisher management activities to achieve business development goals.
*Creative Recommendation. Ensuring effective creative development and execution to support program and media efforts
*Competition Analysis. Analyze and report competition’s e-marketing activities and recommend course of action to beat the competition.
